Brad is a mechanical engineer with over 15 years of total experience and is responsible for driving the business growth of Mentco. He is a also responsible for the Identifying market opportunities, projecting and overseeing business targets, and making sure the network tree of the organization is growing.

With his 19 years of experience in Oilfield equipment manufacturing and machine shops, and 20 years working in Sales, Chris is responsible for initializing and managing customer relationships and supervising everything from lead to initial outreach.

Rajesh is a mechanical engineer with over 15 years of total experience and is responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure all parts leaving our facility are of 100% quality.

With an MBA and 20 years of work experience at Mentco, Nainesh leads a team that manages supply chain and logistics. He ensures seamless and timely execution of Mentco’s operations and also oversees people, core operations, budgets, and project deliveries.

With his ability to carry out Mentco’s ideal manufacturing process, Jaywant carries expertise as a leader and a manager. His major responsibilities include managing projects, maintaining the equipment, dealing with budgeting and timescales, and effectively handling the team.
